I am 19 years old. I?m spitting out blood but I don?t know where the blood is coming from. I don?t have any cough or throat pain. The blood comes at very small amount. I?m a light smoker.

There are two ways blood can come through your mouth 1. Through respiratory tract, meaning your lungs and airway 2. Through your food pipe since you are a smoker, most probably it will be coming from your airway. So I recommend you to get your sputum checked next time it has blood and also get a chest xray.
