Hi lybrate-user, hope you are doing well, your are under weight and need to follow a proper diet which is included with more of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, normal carbohydrates. Have a small 6 meals than large 3 meals, include some physical activity for atleast 45 mins per day.
