Their are little white dots on upper side of my right gums which are visible only when I use flashlight and have to look very closely but not visible in natural or sunlight should I concern about or should I visit to dentist. I used to chee supari no tobacco or smoking.

No, need not to concern about that as may be flashlight is reflected back. However dentist visit must be done within 6 months.
