Doctor I have issue with my forearm and elbow 2 days ago after workout the next-day I felt pain and a bump on my forearm and which hard the next day there is swelling and edema on forearm and elbow also I feel a lump under the forearm after the issue which is moving when I touch. What is it?

If it happened while lifting heavy weight and if the pain started suddenly, it is possible that there is a tear in one of the tendons or one of the muscles itself. If that's the case, it is an emergency. You should visit an orthopaedician right away and surgical repair might be needed. The surgeon might advise an mri scan to determine the nature and extent of damage and then proceed to treat accordingly.
