Please suggest diet plan for reducing belly Fat. Also suggest some yoga and exercises for same?

Less food, less calorie and walking daily 4 km will help you better.
To reduce belly fat reduce eating of sugar,sweetened juice,cola beverages,soft drinks.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat small amount of foods.Eat food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat lots of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Eat unrefined foods.Eat extra protein for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,running,squat,swimming.These will be helpful.
