Hi so I am taking mentat and saraswatarishtaa as I have mind talking (thoughts) while sleeping. Recently I had my abdomen ultrasound as my routine checkup and there I have my endometrium length as 6.5 mm 3 days before my periods. What should be the et length 3 days before periods? Last year my endometrium length was ok. Can you please tell whats issue gng on?

Endometrial thickness just before periods is 11mm to 16mm+ is normal. More towards 16mm is great. Consult fertility expert for guidance. There are required investigations in such situations.
