I have ankylosing spondylitis hlab27+ from 4 years, I have taken intacept 50 mg biological for 6 months now I stopped before marriage, I got married my wife are pregnant 4th month my wife and child will get as (hlab27) please suggest what to do any treatment required?

You wife does not get it as it is not an infection, it is a genetic related and it can be passed to the child.
