Nothing to worry sir. Whether it is male or female, we generally call them a child. It has a practical implication. Your son is just transforming from his childhood-boyhood-adoloscent-adult. In some children the transformation may be slow because of lack of role models of their same-role parent or significant others or spending more time with members of opposite sex. Hormonal influences may play a little role here. By the time he becomes a college student, there may sex-appropriate behaviours develop. You can deliberatetly induce him to make changes in his mannerisms without hurting him.
