I had my menstrual period on 12th april, now I feel vertigo, vomiting, fatigue. I had two pregnancy test 1. Home testing with prega news and test 2. Urine test. In both the cases the result came out negative. I had a usg as well. The impressions are: 1) thickened endometrium, 2) significant pvru (? Neurogenic bladder)

It is probably nothing. Usg for pregnancy that is done in full bladder can't be used to screen post void residual urine (pvru. If you r scared do a re scan for bladder only after proper voiding.
