When it comes to ayurveda, there are a lot of brands selling medicines and products, and things get confusing. I was looking for triphala and badam organ, and found 100 brands selling these. I was surprised by seeing huge disparity in prices, of the same products. Organic india sells triphala for almost double price than dabur, while, vaidyanath is moderate. 1) can someone please suggest which is best brand to purchase ayurvedic medicines among these? 2) also, triphala is hard, baheda and amla in equal amounts? 3) also, can someone tell about badam organ. Which almonds should be used for it? Mamra or gurbandi? Is humdard badam shirin pure sweet almond oil?
