Sir/mam, my problem is swelling of my left testes. I have done a ultrasound and my report is. FINDINGS:- right testes (3.6 �2.3 �2.9 cm) and left testes (4.5 �2.7 �2.9 cm) free fluid is noted in the bilateral tunica vaginalis mild on right side and moderate on left side with mobile internal echoes seen within max depth on right side 1.0 cm and on left side max depth 1.8 cm. Both thdm testes appear normal in size, contours and parenchymal echopattern. No focal lesion is apparent. Normal intratesticular vascularity is noted on either side. Bilateral epididymis appear normal in size and echogenicity. And IMPRESSION:- bilateral HYDROCELE. It is major problem or it is normal. What should I do please guide me. My testes size normal or its considerable. Its require surgery or hydrocele remove bye medicine. please help me. I am waiting for yours suggestion than.
