Hi 3 years ago fasting sugar was 120 appx. Since then I am taking galvusmet 50/500 mg in the morning and 1000/50 in the night after taking meals. My random or pp sugar was/ is still ok but still after taking medicines sometimes fasting sugar comes 110 on average. However hba1c always comes below 6 since last 3 years. Am I ok. Do I really needs to take medicines. I regularly play badminton or volleyball for 60 minutes
