Hello sir, I am 27 years old. I am athelitic by physic n have no serious health issue, well my question is related to sex health. I feel erection n sometimes when it is in excess I do masturbate, but the problem is I have low sperm count and relasing it I feel a little pain. So please help me to solve this problem. Regards
