Non healing foot wounds are complications of uncontrolled sugars. Ct angio will show if blodd supply is adequate to that area where wound is present. Its not absolutely neccessary. Treatment hinges on good wound care and also strict sugar discipline. Regards.

Mr Jasbir, Having infection of foot or toes is not good, it must be immediately treated. Investigations suggested may have to be done to see the damage. It is better you consult diabetologist locally and a competent surgeon. If neglected can lead to loss of foot or a leg. DO not neglect. Struct sugar control is also a must.
