Whenever I wake up I have red eyes is this because of use of mobile nd tv during night or is there any other reason behind?

Yes lybrate-user, you are absolutely right. The redness of eyes is due to staining on eyes. While watching tv or using mobile for long intervals continuously, eyes get exhausted. While watching tv/mobile make sure that the lightening in room is proper and you are at least at a distance of 10 feet from tv to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the tv/mobile screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen.
