My doctor told me that my body needs ghee but I don't eat. So he told me to put 2 teaspoon ghee in milk in morning and that would be more than sufficient. Is it right

If you don't like ghee then you can take butter,cream,cheese,cake,pastries,chocolate,jam,jelly.Add extra healthy fat like olive oil,canola,coconut,refined vegetable oil.Take fish like tuna,whole egg,meat,yogurt etc.These will fulfill your body need.
