Hi sir I am 17 year old I have a problem of semen leakage at morning after urination from 6th month. Sir as you know that it is common thing to get erection at night. I am facing a strange thing. Sir if I get tight erection at whole night semen drops do not leak at morning. And if I get lose erection at night. Semen drops leaks at morning. Sir please help me. I have taken a lots of medicines but my problem is not solved.
