I want to reduce my weight. Then only my pcos problem is get solved. I have following doubts 1.limit in food taking will reduce the weight. 2. Is it protein intake is must for pcos. 3. And her balance product is good or bad. Can I take that.

good morning,pls follow a healthy balanced diet rich in all essential nutrients,avoid highly salty & sugary foods/fast foods,have sufficient water apprx 2.5ltrs in a whole day,do regular exercise in morning for 45mins to 1hour,reduce stress by either doing yoga or meditation for minimum of 20mins ,sleep proper in night time minimum of 6hours sound sleep rather than going for any supplements,ok.
