It is enlarged in size & shows mildly hypoechoic echotecture with increased vascularity on color doppler study. No e/o nodular or mass lesions seen. Right epididymis: head body & tail of right epididymis are enlarged in size & shows heterogeneously hyperechoic echotexture with increased vascularity on color doppler study. A cyst of size 9.5 7.5 mm is noted in head of right epididymis. Left testis: it measures 3.2 3 2.8 cm, volume 14.5 cc. It is normal in size & echotexture. However, mild increased in vascularity noted on color doppler study. No e/o nodular or mass lesions seen. Head of left epididymis: it measures 9.6 7.5 mm. It is normal in size, outline, echotexture and vascularity. A small cyst of size 3.5 2.6 mm is noted in head of left epididymis.
