Sir from past 2 months I had been suffering from cough mainly dry cough when I exhale then suddenly I cough then I took demaxotheraphen syrup asthakind and corex then it started to reduce then due to cooler air and few cold items again started then last week I took azithromycin and results started to show but again due to some cold items rice and in cooler air I started to face and today I get myself tested and esr is 19 and mch is 26.5 which should be 27-37 and mchc is low 29.1 which should be 32-36 so is is viral infection.
