Hello Doctor, Whenever I clean my Penis with soap I get a very bad smell. Is this because of reaction between soap n fluid on penis? I usually get smell when I pull back skin n put soap on it. Is it advisable to use soap to most sensitive part of penis (below the skin)?. Once it's washed with soap the part ll b dry n little burning pain ll be there. Can you please say me healthy way to keep it clean. And after masturbation even after cleaning with water, I smell bad. How to eliminate it? Please suggest me some tips.
