Am 27 year female. I have hirschsprung disease at my birth. Later I underwent colostomy because of lack of follow up I came with fetal impaction before 2 years to the same doctor he removed it. I have been dulcolax for 2 years regularly but the problem is I can not pass my stool naturally the colon will not push my stool to the bowel when I skip the dulcolax tablet I keep on pushing its only farting. I do not knw what to do.

Hirschsprung disease is because of the absence of neurons in the rectum and colon. As you have undergone surgery ,it is better to seek the opinion of a gastroenterological surgeon.
