Doctor I want to know if a person complete his 4 dose of anti rabies vaccine schedule is (day 0,3,7,28) then how long the person don't need to take vaccine again if he again bitten by a street dog.

If previously immunized person is bitten by a rabid dog within 3 months of completing full course of vaccine no need to take vaccine again. If more than 3 months then 1 dose delivered intramuscular on day 0 and day 3 is enough. Immunoglobulin not indicated. (source who guideline on rabis vaccine)
