I am suffering from an overthinking problem. Whenever I feel any symptom into my body like body pain only so there are many negative thoughts come in my mind like I have some big problem in my body. There are much stress. So pls reply.

Do regularly yoga, meditation and om chanting. Eat healthy food like fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk, oliy, spicy food. It keeps you healthy. Concentration will help to deal with such problems and build confidence in yourself.
