I am 20 years old male and has been sitting before computer since last couple of years for over 5 hours a day now, a month before I begun to have pain in eyes whenever I watch tv or computer, I have been taking eye drops for over a month now but I see no improvement doctors have advised me to wear specks while watching tv however my eye sight was declared normal in the test, which I followed but still the problem persist. I do not know what to do now I am an engineering student and has to sit before computer for coding. I feel very helpless, what should I do now I will be thankful to the staff here.
