I m 26 year old I have digestion problem please help me out how to improve my digestion system so that I can eat my favriot food.

Eat smaller meals. Instead of heavy meals. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Add milk curd, buttermilk to your daily diet. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Eat your fav food in small portions. So that they r digested easily. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps you.
