Hi doctor I am 38 years .and basically athlete of 400 mtr race I was a active athlete till 2015 .and in 2018 I do echo without cassette test for routine check up and result was - mild mitral valve prolapse. Is this normal or I need any treatment. I have no problem in daily routine. And no pain.
