Do every fistula cause discharge? If fistula doesn't cause discharge, do it needs to get cured? Does it cause symptoms?

Hello Aryasimran. Fistula is a sign that your system is severely damaged and is not able to heal the defect in your body. This is an initial sign to let you know that your body has started to become weak... Now it is fistula... if not treated now it can progress into more severe diseases like tuberculosis, or cancer etc.... Now will you wait till it develop symptoms serious enough to force you to take proper treatment.
