If my semen analysis report shows occ sperm seen, then what is the quantity of sperm that I can expect? Quantity:3 ml color :greyish white viscosity :viscous liquefaction time:>1 hour sperm count: occ sperm seen pus cells: 3-4/hpf rbc: 7-8/hpf how much sperm I can expect and will it be treatable to get normal sperm count?

Well, your semen sample shows 'occ" (occasional) spermatozoa as against a normal range of 10 to 50-60 millions. The sample also shows 7-8 rbc per hpf, which means you have an infection somewhere along the uro-genital tract. It needs urgent attention. It may also be a reason for your low sperm count. Yes, it may be treatable. See a urologist or andrologist.
