I have osmf diagnosed and I stop tobacco and area nut and my mouth opening is 40 mm no burning in mouth I eat spicy food easily just there is little black spots and they shrink in between five months I so much afraid that I get cancer I consult with my dentist he say all good and I consult with maxillofacial surgeon he also say just take two months more antioxidants and all will fine suggests me should I go to ent specialist more?
