I am a 20-year-old female with irregular periods. I had my last period on 27th December 2020. Since then it has been 44 days without any symptoms for the same. I have also taken 5 pregnancy tests after my missed period date 3 at once early morning and the other 2 after 3 to 4 days early morning. I was given the medication abortion pills in which I took mifepristone on 6th February 2021 and then misoprostol on 8th february 2021. Since then I have experienced nausea and only light cramping with no bleeding at all. I need to know if I am actually pregnant or is it just a missed or late period because if I took the pills it should have induced menstruation.

If your tests are negative then how could you take abortive pills? Delayed or absence of menses can be due hormonal disorder also.
