I am 33 year old boy. My problem is sometimes drops of blood comes in pee mostly when my stool is sticky and lose or soften with stomach biting. Sometimes I have a pain in rectum but not while blood goes. I can feel a muscle or gland that comes near the opening of rectum and goes in while in standing. Mainly the blood drops when the bowls are sticky and soften. I am very nervous by seeing that please advice what to do. My physician suggested without any test had advice me to take pilex tab and it may be due to piles. Please help me will I take pilex tab. Is it piles? Or something else.
