Non-vegetarian diet is not a contraindication for homeopathic treatment. But yes, if too much spices are used for its preparation, it may diminish the efficacy of the homeopathic medicines. Be sure your tongue is clear and mouth is not smelling while taking homeopathic medicines. So you can consume the non-vegetarian food accordingly.
