Hello doctor I checked my pulse rate it fluctuated between 84-91 most of the times in the morning and at night it was between 81-88 is it normal? I am 20 year male and I don't have any symptoms of chest pain or all I was just curious to know and this is my resting heart rate I walk everyday.
