I am a 26 year old female with complaints of dragging pain and heaviness in the groin area that radiates to the sacral region and legs. The pain worsens at night and decreases by morning. Some times feel like sitting on a ball. This started 3 years ago and consulted a nearby hospital and was told that I have weak pelvic floor muscles. couldnt follow up due to studies. Now the symptoms have worsened. Pain has affected my sleep. There is a history of chronic constipation. Will this condition cause increased chances of abortion or preterm labour?
