Sir/madom, 1 year back I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and few days back I had unprotected sex with another married girl , In next 2 days i have sore like allergy on my penis , she dont have children's , because his husband has less sperm count in his semen , and Today I test HIV its shown Negative result . But I'm feared about this , that may cause HIV and fell in depression . Does it causes HIV ? Please answer me

There is a windows period of 6 months.Test is negative during window period even in presence of hiv infection

You may not have a HIV. But better get tested now and after 3 months. Also get tested for Herpes 1 and 2. And rule out fungus infection.
