I am drinking water nearly 2 liters per day, is it enough for my health? I am running everyday morning, how much water I should drink after running?

Hi lybrate-user. Minimum 3lit water intake is good for health. Drink 8 ounces of water after exercise. But not more than 30 mins after exercise. If you hydrate with cherry juice, chocolate milk, will be much better.
