Hi I had lump on my head which was very tinysince I was 13 or 14. Now I am 35 and suddenly last week it got bigger and a little protruded with yellowish white thing at top of the lump which was bigger but got smaller and pointy, half of it also came off but still attached to luom a little bit. The lump is moving and I have no pain just little discomfort when I lie on tgat side of the head but I feel no pain. What do I have? Do I need surgery or something to remove it?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Epidermoid cysts are small, hard bumps that grow under the skin. These slow-growing cysts frequently occur on the scalp and face. They do not cause pain, and are skin-colored or yellow. A buildup of keratin below the skin is often the cause of epidermoid cysts. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
