Hello my dermatologist suggested me deriva bpo gel for only 20 min. Not more than that but I am not seeing any effect kn my skin. Can it be use for 1 hr atlest. Or overnight. Please let me know. And at how many days it will be effective I started using on 11.12.2020.

Thanks for your query. Deriva bpo gel has the tendency to cause dryness, redness, peeling and roughness when applied for long. You can gradually increase the duration of application as long as you are able to tolerate without developing the above said side effects. Many patients can tolerate overnight application as well. As deriva bpo gel is a good medicine for acne, the effect really takes some time to show up. You may start getting beneficial results as early as 6 weeks.
