Har roj subah amla juice 1 chamach, shahad 1 chamach, trifla aadha chamach aur haldi adha chamach garam pani mein piyo. Khane mein trifla guggul 2-2-2 bar lo. Paani 24 ghante mein 1,5 ltr hi peena hai.
