My 4 year old son who has cleft palate has not started talking .all the doctors I took him to in nigeria think is because of the cleft palate but through my study I found out he has autism spectrum. Pls I need help. I want to know the drugs I should place him on to help him. Thank you.

Autism spectrum has a variety of problems under it. It has to be properly diagnosed by a pediatrician before arriving at the diagnosis. It's treatment also consists of speech therapy, social skills training, behavioral therapy etc. These can be started only after proper diagnosis and assessing the child at present. There is no such drug that helps with autism as a cure.
