Please suggest me some medicine for fairness and for dark patches. I have used a vitamin c cream becoz of that I got dark patches and nothing is suiting me now.

You have not mentioned the site, duration and severity of your problem. Dark patches can be due to several reasons, of which some need to be taken seriously. If the dark patches is on face, I would suggest you to use a good sunscreen with at least 30spf and uv a protection. The sunscreen can be used at 8 am, 11 am and 2 pm daily. I would further suggest you to consult a dermatologist to get a better assessment of your problem. In the meantime, if you feel that any medicine, cream or cosmetic has resulted into dark patches or worsening your patches, please hold that. Thanks.
