Sir i am suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis(paining at left hip bone) disease from one year. Right now I am 24 year old boy.Can you suggest me what living behavior is suites me because I feel pain due to my daily routine work. I am a software engineer and mostly feel pain at the time of sitting on chair and at the time of wake up from bed.

Hi regular exercise is your answer, for which you can meet a physiotherapist and control the pain as well as learn some flexibility and core exercises to continue. If pain is too much try out water exercises which scientifically proved more efficient way, as simple as walking in water.You'll benefit a lot.

For this diseases you have to do regular exercises your whole life start with 1. Breathing exercises like pranayam 2.Stretching of spine and other joints 3.Regular swimming 4.Hot fomentation(steam bath,sauna bath).
