Rash and hives in forearms and sometimes back. Hive like itching keeps coming and going for last 2 weeks. Ckd patient with creatinine at 1.5 creatinine has stayed stable between 1.3-1.6 for last many years. Urea and uric acid in ranges as well. Phosphorus is elevated at 7.16 calcium and iron in ranges sodium in range.
