Im a 23 year old male. I suspect myself to have a hormonal imbalance. I wish to increase testosterone and simultaneously decrease my estrogen levels. I want to basically carry out this process by preventing aromatisation, that is preventing testosterone from getting converted to estrogen. I am considering natural aromatase inhibitors like dim etc, instead of synthetic ones. My main question is should I really need to use an aromatase inhibitor since im going to naturally and gradually increase my testosterone levels instead of a sudden spike like of those in trts?

First you have to confirm that you have disbalance of estrogen and Testosterone, without confirming if you use any natural or synthetic Medicine it will cause more harm than good. Estrogen are essential for sperm production and for sexual well being, that's why they are present in men.
