I am 34 years old, Height 182 cm, Weight was 104 kg, after GM diet for one week weight reduced to 95 kg. Now continues diet with a low carb foods, please suggest a best diet plan for me, I am an indian I prefer south indian diet, my target weight is 86 kg. Kindly advise.

1.Take bland diet.avoid oily,fatty,spicy,junk,proceessed,fast food, fried item,soft drinks, bakery item like burger/pizza/cookies etc,excess calorie, carbohydrate and and cholesterol rich diet
2.Take plenty of green leafy vegetables,fruits,salads etc
3.Reduce intake of salt,sugar etc.
4.Consult dietitian for proper dietary advice
