Hello sir/ma'am, i'm 37-year-old male weighing 53 kg. My entire blood report including thyroid, vitamin b 12 etc. Is normal. I have no other known illness apart from dry eyes. Now, since 25/07/2020, that around two and half months, I am feeling anxiety and depression. Since then I am taking clonazepam 0.5 mg daily night. It helps me have a good mood. Just to check, I did not take that tablet one day and my depression returned: I felt dread, heavy chest, confusion, panic attack etc. So I took it again and it helped me recover from those symptoms. My question is 'is it safe to take clonazepam that long? Can I continue taking clonazepam or stop it? Should I switch to fluoxetine 20 mg? What should I do? Please help me. Thank you.

You can use lubricating eye drops for dryness like syatanne ultra, blink well & wear proper eye corrections. For your other medication ,you should consult your treating doctor.
