I am 30 years old, I have a hair fall problem for the last couple of months, in recent times it's increased heavily, even of I touch my hair its fall, the number of hair fall should be more, I didn't sick in recent times, doctors told take protein food it will reduced automatically, and I have dandruff also, how to reduce my dandruff (dry), how to control my hail loss, in my family every one having healthy hail, but it's getting trouble to me, I am preparing for jobs (unemployed), these are my conditions. Help me sir/madam.
