If you know that you have a small cavity, the best option is to see a dentist and get it filled at this stage itself, thereby avoiding the need for more complex, extensive and invasive treatment later. In the meantime, you can probably use a fluoride-containing toothpaste and/or mouthwash to possibly prevent, or at least decelerate the rate of, progression.

Cavity must be treated . Removal of carries and then cement .If you think u can take full precaution then u r wrong. Carries won't stop until you remove it

Get your cavities filled before further damage happens and root canal is required. Brush your teeth twice daily following proper brushing technique and have less of sweets and avoid sticky food and sweets as they may cause more cavities.
