I am suffering from fatty liver 1 along with heaviness. Recently started doing push ups as I usually feel very tired. Have noticed that after doing any kind of work out I get burned out quite easily. A very prominent symptom that happens after is tension headaches which is like a feeling is stretching in the entire head. I am deficient in vitamin b and d. Any help on why this stretching feeling happens. But exercise immediately solves my heaviness problem.
